CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
The Continuously Variable Road Sensing Suspension (CVRSS) control module estimates the road surface and communicates that information to the Electronic Brake and Traction Control Module (EBTCM) using the ICCS2 Datalink Left and Right Outputs. The EBTCM uses this information to provide improved rough-road braking performance.

CONDITION FOR SETTING THE CODE "CURRENT"
The CVRSS control module measures a feedback voltage less than a preset threshold during an ICCS2 Datalink Left Output OFF state.

ACTIONS TAKEN WHEN CODE SETS "CURRENT"
^ Both ICCS2 Datalink Outputs are set to default output states.
^ The "SERVICE RIDE CONTROL" message will be displayed.

CONDITION FOR CODE TURNING "HISTORY"
The CVRSS control module no longer senses a low feedback voltage during five (5) consecutive ICCS2 Datalink Left Output OFF states.

HOW TO CLEAR THE CODE
^ Use the scan tool.
^ Use the On-Board diagnostic "CLEAR RSS CODES" feature.

TEST DESCRIPTION
The numbers below refer to step numbers on the diagnostic table.
2. Determines if the fault is due to a short to ground or an open in circuit 960.
3. Checks for a short to ground in circuit 960.
4. Checks for an open in circuit 960.
5. Determines if short to ground is in wiring or with the EBTCM.
8. Checks for intermittent opens.
