B2502
Circuit DescriptionWhen the Transaxle is in "Park" the PZM drives the Park Relay Output "low," enabling the Brake Transaxle Shift Interlock (BTSI). The PZM monitors this output and determines the Actual voltage every 1000ms.
DTC Will Set When:
The Park Relay Output is not active, Ignition 1 is present and the PZM determines the output is "low" for 2 consecutive monitoring cycles.
DTC Will Clear When:
The Park Relay Output is not active, Ignition 1 is present and the PZM determines the output is "high" for one monitoring cycle.
Troubleshooting Hints
Check CKT 434 (ORN/BLK) for a short to ground.
