Circuit Description:
The IPC determines ambient light by monitoring the Twilight Photocell at the IPC connector C3 terminals "C12" and "D14."

DTC Will Set When:
The Twilight Photocell percentage count is less then 1 (shorted) or more than 254 (open) for 3 seconds or more.

Action Taken (By The IPC):
The IPC will assume the ambient light level is dark and change the exterior lighting state to the appropriate default.
