CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
Inadvertent Power is commanded "ON" and "OFF" by the PZM Inadvertent Power output by grounding "Inadvertent Power Relay" terminal "C2". The relay is energized and components powered through the relay will be supplied battery voltage.
DTC WILL SET WHEN
The "Inadvertent Power Relay" has been commanded "ON" or "OFF" and the PZM feedback does not match that of the commanded state for at least two seconds.
ACTION TAKEN (BY PZM)
The PZM will continue to command the requested State of the relay until it is achieved or no longer necessary.
DTC WILL CLEAR WHEN
The PZM feedback matches that of the commanded state for at least two seconds.
DTC CHART TEST DESCRIPTION
1. This test decides if the malfunction is a short to ground or voltage.
2. This test determines if the malfunction is in the wiring or the PZM.
3. This test determines if the malfunction is in the wiring or the PZM.
4. This test determines if the malfunction is in the wiring or the PZM.
