Circuit Description:
This test is only performed when the IPC measures engine speed above 600 RPM and Service Diagnostics is not active. This DTC indicates a circuit Malfunction is preventing the Alternator from charging.

DTC Will Set When:
The state of the Generator feedback does not match the commanded state.

Action Taken (By IPC):
IPC displays "BATTERY NO CHARGE" on the DIC.

Troubleshooting Hints:
^ Check for battery voltage at the Generator L-Terminal (with engine is running). If voltage is present, check for intermittent shorts or opens in the Alternator L-Terminal wiring or Ignition-1 wiring.
