Radiator: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Drain engine coolant, then raise and support vehicle.
3. Disconnect left and right cooling fan electrical connectors.
4. Remove cooling fan to lower engine cradle attaching bolts.
5. Lower vehicle and remove air cleaner intake duct.
6. Remove cooling fan to upper radiator mounting panel attaching bolts.
7. Remove upper radiator mounting panel, then the cooling fans.
8. Disconnect coolant reservoir hose from radiator filler neck.
9. Disconnect upper radiator hose from radiator.
10. Disconnect engine and transaxle oil cooler lines from radiator.
11. Disconnect lower radiator hose from radiator.
12. Remove radiator from vehicle.
13. Reverse procedure to install.
