Speed Flashes at 180 KPH

When the EEPROM option register #1 is set for Japanese the speedometer will not display greater the 180 kph. When the vehicle is traveling above 180 kph the display will flash 180. To verify proper vehicle configuration, refer to "IPC Diagnostic Parameters", specifically IS08 and IS09 (IPC EEPROM OPTION CONTENT).
