"Check Washer Fluid" Message

Wiring Diagram:

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION

The IPC provides system voltage to the low washer fluid circuit, and the washer fluid level switch provides the single path to ground. The IPC supplies and internally monitors the voltage level of the circuit at pin "D13". When the washer fluid level circuit is open the IPC will detect system voltage, but if the washer fluid level switch closes (low washer fluid condition present), the IPC will detect low voltage. If this condition exists for at least 15 seconds, the IPC will display the "CHECK WASHER FLUID" message.

TEST CONDITION(S)

1. Ignition 3 and Ignition 1 voltage are present
