Compressor/Pump: Description and Operation

DESCRIPTION
This assembly is a single-piston air pump powered by a 12-volt DC permanent magnet motor. The compressor head casting contains intake and exhaust valves plus a solenoid-operated exhaust valve which releases air from the system when energized.
