Air Cleaner Fresh Air Duct/Hose: Service and Repair

Air Induction:

^ DO NOT overtighten the wing nuts holding the air cleaner upper housing to the lower housing.
^ Insure that the air cleaner to throttle body gasket is in place and that the air cleaner upper housing is properly seated and secured. A missing or mispositioned gasket may cause engine noise or may allow unfiltered air to enter the engine.
