Clutch Actuator Cylinder Pipe Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the manual transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement Transmission Replacement.





Note: The clutch actuator pipe seal must not stick in the pipe elbow.

2. Remove the clutch actuator cylinder pipe connector (1) from the clutch housing.

3. Detach the clutch actuator cylinder pipe nut (3).

4. Remove the clutch actuator cylinder pipe (2).

Installation Procedure




1. Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe (2).

2. Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe connector (1) to the clutch housing.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

3. Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe nut (3) and tighten to 18 Nm (13 lb ft).

4. Install the manual transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement Transmission Replacement.
