Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement - Tank Side

CH-6015 - Closure Plugs

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools Tools and Equipment.

Removal Procedure

Warning: Refer to Gasoline/Gasoline Vapors Warning Service Precautions.


1. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement Fuel Tank Replacement.




2. Disconnect the fuel feed pipe - tank (3) from the fuel tank fuel pump module (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.

3. Close the fuel feed pipe connectors with CH-6015 - plugs.

4. Clip out the fuel feed pipe - tank (3) from the retainer clip (1).

5. Remove the fuel feed pipe - tank (3).

Installation Procedure

1. Remove the CH-6015 - plugs from fuel feed tank pipe and fuel feed pipe.




2. Install the fuel feed pipe - tank (3).

3. Connect the fuel feed pipe - tank (3) to the fuel tank fuel pump module (2). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service.

4. Clip in the fuel feed pipe - tank (3) to the retainer clip (1).

5. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement Fuel Tank Replacement.
