Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (2.4L LEA) Cooling System Draining and FillingCooling System Draining and Filling (2.0L LHU) Cooling System Draining and Filling.





2. Remove the 2 clamps (2) and remove the radiator surge tank outlet hose (1).

Installation Procedure





1. Install the radiator surge tank outlet hose (1) and the 2 clamps (2).

2. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (2.4L LEA) Cooling System Draining and FillingCooling System Draining and Filling (2.0L LHU) Cooling System Draining and Filling.
