Rear Camber Adjustment





Rear Camber Adjustment




1. If adjustment is necessary, remove rear cam bolt and nut. Replace with NEW only.

2. Loosen the upper control arm-to-frame fastener enough to allow movement.

Note: The frame of the vehicle is slotted, turning the cam nut will move the camber in to the designated location.

3. Rotate the upper control arm-to-frame fastener in the direction necessary to the correct the camber measurement.

4. Snug the upper control arm-to-frame fastener, do not tighten at this time.

5. Re-inspect the rear camber specifications and adjust as necessary.

Caution: This vehicle is equipped with torque-to-yield or single use fasteners. Install a NEW torque-to-yield or single use fastener when installing this component. Failure to replace the torque-to-yield or single use fastener could cause damage to the vehicle or component.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

6. Hold the NEW bolt and tighten the NEW upper control arm-to-frame nut.

* First Pass : 70 Nm ( 52 lb. ft. )

* Final Pass : plus 60 degrees

7. Repeat the procedure for the other rear wheel.
