Sunroof Window Seal Replacement - Outer

Removal Procedure

1. Lower the headlining. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (With Sunroof) (Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (With Sunroof))Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Without Sunroof) (Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Without Sunroof)).
2. Remove the sunroof housing assembly. Refer to Sunroof Housing Replacement (Service and Repair).




3. Remove the window outer seal.
Remove the window outer seal from the guide.

Installation Procedure





Note:
* Position the window outer seal with the sunroof in the front area on markings.
* Cut off the window seal at the lower area of the opening of the sunroof.

1. Install the window outer seal.

1. Insert the window outer seal into the guide.
2. Cut off the extra window seal and glue the end to the abutting seal (super glue).

2. Install the sunroof housing assembly. Refer to Sunroof Housing Replacement (Service and Repair).
3. Install the headlining. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (With Sunroof) (Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (With Sunroof))Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Without Sunroof) (Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Without Sunroof)).
