State of Charge Not Displayed in Instrument Cluster

SITUATION





The high-voltage battery state of charge is not visible in the Instrument Cluster when called up through the Board Computer (BC). This condition may be present intermittently.

CAUSE
Instrument cluster replacement or importing of the personal profile

CORRECTION
DO NOT replace any parts or perform any programming. Do a PIA reset (personal profile) using Service function "AS6510_CICCKM-Deleting Personal Profile" in ISTA/D. The path to the service function is shown below:

A permanent solution will be available in a future ISTA/P version. This bulletin will be updated at that time.
