54 37 005 - Replacing front roof shell seal





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove roof lining 54 37 035 Removing and Installing/Replacing Roofliner for Roof Shell at Front
- Partially open Convertible top





Remove seal (1).

Installation:
Make sure seal (1) is correctly seated on seal carrier.





Release left and right screws (1).
Tightening torque 54 37 14AZ 54 37 035 Removing and Installing/Replacing Roofliner for Roof Shell at Front.





Installation:
Seal carrier (1) must rest flush against cowl panel seal.





Detach seal (1) from seal carrier.

Installation:
Make sure seal (1) is correctly seated on seal carrier.





Check retraction depth of windows and adjust [1][2]Specifications if necessary.
