51 47 065 Removing And Installing/Replacing Cover At Front Left Or Right Entrance

Special tools required:







IMPORTANT:
- Risk of damage.
- Do not raise cover (2) over entire length simultaneously.

Unclip clips (1) for cover (2) with special tool 00 9 317.
Remove cover (2).







Installation:
Lever out remaining clips (1) in retaining holes with a suitable tool.
If necessary, slide missing clips (1) into clip mounts of cover.
Clip cover into retaining holes.

NOTE:
- Clips (1), clip mounts and retaining lugs of cover must not be damaged.
- If necessary, replace faulty clips (1) or cover.
