37 13 ... Removing and installing/replacing pressure line (middle) for oscillating motor/rear axle





Warning!
Danger of poisoning if oil is ingested/absorbed through the skin!
Risk of injury if oil comes into contact with eyes and skin!
Scalding hazard!
This work may only be carried out on an exhaust system which has cooled down.

Important!
Adhere to the utmost cleanliness. Do not allow any dirt to enter the hydraulic system.

Recycling:
Catch and dispose of hydraulic fluid in a suitable container.








Necessary preliminary tasks:
^ Remove tank underride protection





Release banjo bolts (1).

Seal pressure lines with suitable sealing plugs.

Installation:
Tightening torque 37 14 15AZ.

Release screw (1).

Installation:





Tightening torque 37 14 17AZ.





Important!
Risk of damage!
Adjust minimum distance (A and B) between pressure lines and exhaust system.





Ensure distortion-free installation (see picture).

Release banjo bolts (1).

Seal pressure lines with suitable sealing plugs.

Feed out pressure line towards rear.

Installation:
Pressure lines are protected against being mixed up by different thread diameters.





Tightening torque 37 14 15AZ.





After installation:
^ Fill and bleed hydraulic system
^ Check pipe connections for leaks
^ Carry out initial DYNAMIC DRIVE operation.
