SUBJECT
Wind Whistle Noise from the Exterior Rearview Mirror
MODEL
F25 produced from August 31, 2010 to July 14, 2011
SITUATION
A whistling wind noise can be heard from either the left or right exterior rearview mirror, especially when traveling at highway speeds.
CAUSE
An excessive gap exists between the mirror base and acoustic triangular sealing gasket.
