84 10 800 Removing And Installing Combox







IMPORTANT: Read and comply with notes on protection against electrical damage (ESD protection).







NOTE: Comply with notes and instructions on handling optical fibre.







Necessary preliminary work:
- Disconnect battery earth cable
- Remove flap in luggage compartment trim panel on left







NOTE: For a better view, the left luggage compartment trim panel is removed.

Unlock plug connections (1) and disconnect.
Unfasten aerial connector (2) and disconnect.
Release all nuts.
Carefully remove Combox telematics (3).

Installation note:
Observe colour coding of aerial connectors (2).







Replacement:
- Carry out vehicle programming/encoding
