16 12 000 Removing And Installing/Replacing Sensor For Fuel Gauge







Necessary preliminary work:
- Remove fuel pump with fuel level sensor







Release and disconnect plug connection (1) at fuel pump.

Installation note:
Check locking of plug connection by pulling.







Release lugs (1) in direction of arrow.
Remove fuel level sensor (2) in direction of arrow.

Installation note:
Check that fuel level sensor (2) is locked in correctly.







Disconnect plug connection (1) at flange cover.
Feed electrical lines (1) out of retaining fixtures and remove.

Installation note:
Ensure cable is installed and fitted in all holders correctly.
