Radiator: Service and Repair

17 11 000 Remove and install radiator (N55, N52T, N47 D20 O 1, N57 D30 O 1)







WARNING:
Risk of scalding.
Only perform this repair work after engine has cooled down.







IMPORTANT: Wear safety goggles and protective gloves.







Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove fan cowl.
- Drain coolant.
- Release and detach coolant hoses from radiator







Bolts (1) on radiator on left and right.
Tightening torque 17 10 4AZ.
Feed out radiator towards rear and remove by pulling upwards.







Reassemble the vehicle.
Check cooling system for leaks.
