51 34 211 Replacing Rubber Seal For Rear Left Or Right Door Window







Necessary preliminary work:
- Remove cover on inside of door window frame
- Remove cover on window frame (front)
- Remove cover on window frame (rear)

IMPORTANT: The "Instructions on fitting window guide seals" serve as the basis for this repair instruction and must be observed without fail.







Pull rubber seal (1) at side out of window guides.
Feed rubber seal (1) at top out of window frame.

Installation note:
Moisten rubber window seal (1) for side fitting with approved lubricant.
If necessary, retract door window glass approx. 50 mm into rubber seal (1).
Open door window glass and at same time slide rubber seal (1) downwards.
