54 13 060 Removing And Installing/Replacing Floating Headlining For Glass Slide/Tilt Sunroof







Necessary preliminary work:
- Remove rear floating headliner







Lift out pin and remove expanding rivet (1).
Release bracket (2) in direction of arrow and remove upwards.







Lift out pin and remove expanding rivet (1).
Release guide block (2) in direction of arrow and remove upwards.







Installation note:
Fit guide block in rail in direction of arrow (1).
Slide guide block forward as far as it will go in direction of arrow (2).







1. Pull back sliding sunshade until it rests freely in the mechanism (marked area).
2. Lift out sliding headliner.







Installation note:
1. Fit sliding sunshade in mechanism.
2. Push sliding sunshade forward into mechanism.

Ensure the mechanism is fitted correctly on the drive element of the control cable.







Replacement only:
Remove floating headliner mechanism.
