61 35 015 Removing And Installing (replacing) Control Unit For Car Access System







IMPORTANT: Read and comply with notes on protection against electrostatic damage (ESD protection).







Necessary preliminary work:
- Disconnect battery earth lead
- Remove trim panel for pedal mechanism







Unlock plug connections (1) and disconnect.
Release control unit for car access system (2) in area (3) and remove in direction of arrow.

Installation note:
Make sure the car access system (2) is fitted correctly.







Replacement:
Carry out programming/encoding.
