Test condition:
time_ms is not within window for downtime diagnosis,
composed of tmot_abstell and tmot_start
or
time_rel is not in window between 510 sec.
(K_TIME_REL_OBD_T_MIN) and 570 sec.
(K_TIME_REL_OBD_T_Max) after engine running time of
9 min.
Terminal condition: Engine running
Voltage condition:
Battery voltage > 10.9 V

Condition for fault memory entry
9 min

Action in service
1. Check battery connection
2. If OK replace I-cluster

MIL on after engine runs 2x
