(Current too high with valve on)
Terminal condition: TERM87
Voltage condition:
Battery voltage > 10V (k_diag_tr_ed_ubmin)

Condition for fault memory entry
Errors recognized 10x consecutively

Action in service
1. Check plug and wiring harness to VANOS AV B1
2. Check valve and replace as indicated

Fault effect and breakdown warning
Reduced torque / worse exhaust emissions / MIL on after
engine runs 2x
