Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
Controller pegged at the MIN threshold 0.75
(K_LAM_REG_F_MIN) for at least a period of 30 sec.
K_LAM_DIAG_REG_T
Terminal condition: Engine running
Voltage condition:
none

Condition for fault memory entry
Controller limit for K_LAM_DIAG_REG_T (60s)

Action in service
1. Check fuel system for leaks, initiate test routine as
indicated /2. Check exhaust system for leaks /3. Check HFM
for leaks and correct operation /4. Read out oxygen sensor
diagnostic data, perform both oxygen sensor test routines as
indicated

Fault effect and breakdown warning
Engine runs erratically / Potential collateral error: Miss
errors and lamda error MIL after engine runs 2x
