22 32 001 Replacing Rubber Mount For Transmission Mounting



22 32 001 Replacing Rubber Mount For Gearbox Mounting (All-Wheel Drive)

Special tools required:







Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove complete exhaust system
- Remove transmission cross-member.







For better illustration: Front propeller shaft is removed.

IMPORTANT: For: F01, F07, F10, F11 N57 and N55 a gearbox mount is located on the left side of the transmission below the front propeller shaft.

Undo bolts (1) for gearbox mount.
Tightening torque 22 32 10AZ.







Necessary preliminary tasks:
Lower transmission with hydraulic lifting equipment.

Mount special tools22 1 042 122 1 041 on transfer box.
Pull out rubber mount with thrust plate22 1 043 by means of spindle 33 4 460 and nut 22 1 017.







Installation note:
Pay attention to installation position of rubber mount (1).







Bolt special tool22 1 044 to transfer box. Insert special tool22 1 046 with bolt into recesses of rubber mount.

Draw in rubber mount with special tool 33 4 460.

Installation note:
Auxiliary installation material - low-surface-tension water.
Do not coat rubber mount with grease.
