Removing and Installing/Replacing Four-Bar Lever on Left or Right Rear Seat Backrest

52 25 018 - Removing and installing/replacing four-bar lever on left or right rear seat backrest





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove rear head restraint Left or Right Rear Head Restraint
- Move backrest as far forwards as possible





Note:
For purposes of clarity the following operations are shown in the released state.

Detach cover (1) from Velcro-type fastener.

Pull cover (1) upwards out of guide from four-bar lever.





Installation:
Make sure cover guide is correctly seated on four-bar lever.





Unscrew nuts (1).

Installation:
Replace nuts (1).
Tightening torque 52 25 04AZ 52 25 Rear Seat, Electric.





Release screws (1) and remove four-bar lever (2).
Tightening torque 52 25 06AZ 52 25 Rear Seat, Electric.
Remove control unit Removing and Installing/Replacing Control Unit/Module for Left or Right Seat Adjustment (Rear).
Remove pump Pump For Lumbar And Massage.
