Radiator Cooling Fan Motor Relay: Service and Repair

61 36 600 Removing And Installing/replacing Relay For Deactivating Electric Fan







Necessary preliminary work:
- Disconnect battery earth lead







Release nuts (1) and disconnect battery positive leads (2) from relay for deactivating electric fan (5). Tightening torque 61 36 1AZ.
Unlock plug connection (3) and disconnect.
Release nuts (4) and remove relay for deactivating electric fan (5) from holder.

Installation:
Make sure the relay for switching off the electric fan (5) is correctly seated.
