51 47 030 Removing and Installing/Replacing (Inside) Rear Left or Right Entrance Cover Strip







Special tools required:
- 00 9 325







When working on trim panel components, make sure that the sensitive surfaces are not scratched or damaged.







Necessary preliminary tasks:
With basic seat:
- Partially remove backrest

With SA through-loading system:
- Remove armrest side section
- Partially remove rear seat







Detach plastic rivet (2) from entrance cover strip (1).

Carefully lever off entrance cover strip (1) with special tool 00 9 325 starting in the centre, then in the front and rear and remove it outwards to the rear.

Installation:
Correctly hook entrance cover strip (1) into liner for lower door column (3) with retaining tabs (4).







Installation:
Replace faulty clips (1).

Replacement
Modify clips (1).
