61 12 002 - Replacing battery positive lead (from battery to luggage compartment connector)





Important!

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove battery 61 21 010 Removing and Installing/Replacing Battery





Release screws (1).
Remove battery holder (2) from body.





Unclip cap (1) and release nut underneath. Tightening torque 61 12 1AZ Specifications.
Release cable ties (2) and disconnect battery positive lead (3).

Warning!
Risk of short circuits!
During installation, make sure battery positive lead (3) is correctly screwed and seated on luggage compartment connector.
