Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
Control module monitor
Throttle valve not without current;
Air mass / lambda is implausible relative to injected fuel
volume
Terminal condition: Terminal 15 ON
Voltage condition:
Voltage in onboard electrical system >= 10 V

Condition for fault memory entry
max. 10.7 sec.

Action in service
Check paths for O2 sensors, fuel and air
If frequency is > 3 Replace DME
However, if the fault 10716 (FTL_MIN) is also registered,
just clear the fault and ignore the fault MFF_MON_1.
