High-pressure Direct Injection Fuel System Repairs

All models with N54, N55, N63, S63, N73, N74 and M57Y engines
INFORMATION
Failure to follow the repair procedures, including the use of the special tools and the correct torque specifications during the removal, installation and or replacement of the high-pressure fuel system components can result in damage to the high-pressure fuel lines, high-pressure fuel injectors, high-pressure pump and the cylinder head.
The use of power or pneumatic tools is not allowed when removing and installing these components.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Damage to these components resulting from not adhering to the proper repair procedures are not covered under the terms of the BMW New Vehicle/SAV Limited Warranty or any applicable Federal, State or BMW Emissions Warranty.
