For setting down, the convertible top rest must be combined with individual accessories specifically suitable for the E88.





Important!
Use special tools only in conjunction with universal lifter 00 2 030 .

There is a risk of tilting over if other lifting equipment is used.

Pay attention to cables and hydraulic lines when fitting convertible top.

Cables/wires must not be kinked or crushed.

Always execute convertible top movements with a 2nd person helping (risk of damage).

Make sure force is always exerted uniformly to the convertible top sides otherwise the frame will be bent.

Convertible top rest:

- 54 3 320 54 3 320 Adapter for Convertible Top Take-Up Adapter for convertible top mount, left and right

- 54 3 330 54 3 330 Convertible Top Take-Up Fixture Convertible top mount, left and right

Place convertible top over bolts.
Secure main bearing of convertible top on convertible top mounts with screws.

Important!
Convertible top tilts when closing without locking out of convertible top mount.

Set hydraulic control unit down sideways on rest.
