Note On Acoustic Pattern Assessment Drive

Before running the diagnosis, ensure the following:
- An assessment drive has been carried out by the service advisor together with the customer.
- Completed questionnaire from TIS for acoustic pattern evaluation is available.
- If an assessment drive with the customer is not possible, the assessment drive must be carried out together with a service technician.

Without an assessment drive and without the completed questionnaire for the acoustic pattern assessment, diagnosis is ineffective in most cases.
