51 45 261 - Removing and installing/replacing left instrument panel trim





Special tools required:





Unclip instrument panel cover (1) in direction of arrow.





Release screw (1) on trim (2).





Important!
Tape off working area. Risk of damage!

Painted trims are particularly sensitive to damage.

Lever out trim (1) with special tool 00 9 317 at mounting points (2) and remove.

Unlock plug connection behind and disconnect.





Installation Note:
If necessary, replace retainers (1).





Replacement:

Remove light switch unit Service and Repair.
