Brake Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair

34 33 280 Removing and installing brake booster vacuum pressure sensor

Compliance with the following points is mandatory before beginning work:

Necessary preliminary tasks:
^ Read and comply with General Information.

^ Remove left microfilter housing cover





Detach plug connection from SBA control unit.

Press spring collar (1) apart in direction of arrow.

Carefully remove vacuum pressure sensor (2) from brake booster in direction of arrow.

Disconnect and remove plug connection on vacuum pressure sensor.





Check sealing ring (1) on vacuum sensor and replace if necessary.
