Hybrid Power Control Module: Service and Repair

61 35 400 Removing And Installing/Replacing Hybrid Interface Module (HIM)







Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Clamp off battery negative lead
- Remove side cover on instrument panel on right







Unfasten plug connection (1) and disconnect.
Release screw (2).
Tightening torque 61 35 1AZ.
Feed out hybrid interface module (HIM) (3) on side.







Installation:
Hybrid interface module (HIM) (1) must be fed in correctly in guide (2) of body bulkhead.







Replacement:
Carry out vehicle programming/coding.
