51 71 372 Removing And Installing/Replacing Both Tension Struts On Spring Strut Domes







Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove equipment compartment partition walls







Release screws (1).
Remove tension strut (2).

IMPORTANT:
- To ensure a correct ground connection, use only BMW genuine spare parts. Thread repairs on bulkhead mounting bracket are not permitted.
- Replace screws.
- Tightening torque 51 71 2AZ.
