11 61 068 - Removing and installing/replacing right intake manifold (N63)





Special tools required:
- 00 0 200





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove complete front panel.
- Remove complete cooling core with condenser.
- Remove power steering pump with bracket.
- Remove right injection pipe 13 53 208 Removing and Installing/Replacing Right Rail.





Detach engine ventilation hose (1).
Unscrew nuts (2).
Tightening torque: 11 61 1AZ. [1][2]11 61 Intake Manifold





Fit special tool 00 0 200.





Release nuts on left and right engine support arms.
Raise engine.





Remove throttle valve 13 54 015 Removing and Installing/Sealing Left Throttle Valve Assembly(2).
Release screw (1).
Tightening torque: 11 61 2AZ. [1][2]11 61 Intake Manifold

Installation:
Replace all profile seals.





Assemble engine and vehicle.
Check intake system for leaks.
