Acceleration Sensor: Service and Repair

37 14 610 Removing and installing / replacing lateral acceleration sensor





Important!
Read and comply with notes on protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD protection).





Important!
Do not kink floor trim panel under any circumstances!





Necessary preliminary tasks:
^ Remove right front seat

^ Lift carpet and fold back to one side
^ Remove floor inlay





Release nuts (1), disconnect plug connection (2) and remove lateral acceleration sensor (3).

Installation:
Replace self-locking nuts.

Tightening torque 37 14 7AZ.





After installation:
^ If necessary, carry out initial Dynamic Drive operation
