72 11 041 - Removing and installing/replacing front left or right lower belt fitting (seat belt tensioner)





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove front seat 52 14 Front Seat, Normal, Electric





Unlock plug connections 72 12 ... Unlocking/Locking Airbag Plug Connections and disconnect.

Installation:
Belt tensioner (1) is coded against incorrect installation.





Release screw (1).

Installation:
Replace screw (1).

Tightening torque 72 11 03AZ [1][2]Seat Belt Systems.

Remove belt tensioner (2).
