Voltage condition:
ub > K_ED_PlusMin

Condition for fault memory entry
Driver diagnosis ATIC39
(voltage too low)

Action in service
1. Delete stored DTCs from error memory, perform DMTL
system test
2. Check plug and wiring harness on and leading to the
DMTL module
3. Replace DMTL module
