Action in service
1. Check wires leading to secondary air-injection pump
2. Check plugs and wiring harness at secondary air-injection
pump
3. If OK, remove secondary air-injection pump relay and
connect the two terminals (30 and 87) in the socket with the
ignition on. If the secondary air-injection pump still fails to
start, it is defective; respond by replacing the secondary air-
injection pump.
4. If secondary air-injection pump starts
