Terminal condition: Terminal 87 on
Voltage condition:
ub > K_ED_PlusMin

Condition for fault memory entry
Driver diagnosis ATIC35
(current too high with valve on)

Action in service
1. Check plug and wiring harness to Bank 1 VANOS EV
2. Check valve and replace as indicated

Fault effect and breakdown warning
Reduced torque / worse exhaust emissions / MIL on after
engine runs 2x
