Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove front wheel arch cover (rear section) 51 71 039 Removing and Installing/Replacing Front Left or Right Wheel Arch Cover (Rear Section)





Disconnect plug connection (1).
Release screws (2) and remove mounted acceleration sensor (3).
