Oxygen sensor after catalytic converter, signal: open circuit

Fault description
The diagnostic function monitors the lower and upper
voltage limits of the signals from the post-catalyst oxygen
sensor and the upper limit of the internal resistance.

Condition for fault identification
Test condition:
The fault is recognized when the oxygen sensor voltage is
less than 0.498 V and greater than 0.352 V and the
resistance is greater than 65534 ohms.
Potential problem source(s):
Defect in wiring harness to oxygen sensor behind catalytic
converter
- Oxygen sensor behind catalytic converter defective
Terminal condition: none
Voltage condition:
- None
Temperature condition:
- Engine temperature > 85 °C
Time condition:
- 120 sec.
Other conditions:
- Engine on
- No additional diagnostic fault codes logged

Condition for fault memory entry
This fault is logged in the control module's fault memory
immediately.
